It’s your first visit! This is what to expect:

Once you’ve made your booking through our online system, you will receive a message a few days beforehand to confirm. Prior to your appointment, I will send out a consultation form where you can make any appointment requests and attach all your stories, pictures, and information.

You will arrive, and I will offer you beverages and show you around. There may be other people in the studio while you are there, but we will make you comfortable and feel at home.

I will walk you through what I’m doing and advise you on a treatment plan. At the end of the appointment, I’m happy to give product advice, but only upon request. I will suggest an appropriate amount of time for a follow-up. You will receive a follow-up text a few days later to check in. Please feel free to reach out with feedback; I am always here to listen.
