Appointments:

   - We highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to secure your desired date and time.

   - Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited.

   - Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid delays. If you're running late, please inform us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. As we are a small one on one service any clients later than 15 minutes may be required to reschedule or incur a late fee.


Cancellations and Rescheduling:

   - We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

   - Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service and 100% for less than 24 hours.


Consultations:

   - We offer complimentary consultations to understand your desired services and provide recommendations.

   - During the consultation, please inform stylist about any allergies, sensitivities, or previous treatments that may impact the service.


Services and Pricing:

   - Our service menu and prices are available for reference. However, prices may vary based on hair length, thickness, and additional requirements. Your stylist will provide a detailed breakdown of the costs before starting the service.

  - We strive to provide accurate and satisfactory results. If you are dissatisfied with your service or end result, please inform us within 2 weeks. We understand it can take some time to adjust to something new so please reach out with any concerns. Any re-works are complimentary with-in this time. Change of minds are not considered to be re-works.

- We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained during your service will be accurate or reliable, as all client experiences have differing results based on the products, dyes and treatments we use.


Payments:

  - We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.

- AfterPay is available in salon only. Unfortunately it’s not available through the online booking system. If you wish to pay your deposit through AfterPay please get in contact.

 - Payment is due at the time of service completion.


Salon Etiquette:

   - We maintain a serene and relaxing atmosphere for all clients. Please respect others' need for peace and quiet during their visit. This is a one on one service and we may not be able to accommodate for additional visitors.

   - Children are welcome, but are required to be cared for at all times. Alternative times can be made to accommodate.

   - We prioritize the safety of all clients and staff. We offer an inclusive and safe space, visitors/clients may be asked to leave for rude or inappropriate behaviour. 

Personal Belongings:

   - We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon. We recommend keeping valuables secure during your visit.


Feedback:

   - We value your feedback and strive to improve our services continuously. If you have any suggestions, concerns, or compliments, please share them with us. Your input helps us serve you better.
